Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Please read our policies carefully before booking. To maintain a fair and professional process, cancellations or changes via Phone or WhatsApp cannot be accepted. All formal requests must be submitted in writing.

1. Cancellations (Stornierungen)

• More than 21 days before the exam: Free Cancellation. Full refund. No reasons required. Request must be submitted in writing via email to exam@akademie-westfalia.com or in person.

• Within 21 days of the exam: No cancellations or refunds permitted under any circumstances (including medical reasons/illness).

2. Rescheduling Your Exam Date (Verschiebung)

• More than 21 days before the exam: Free Rescheduling. Move your booking to any available future date.

• Within 21 days of the exam (Regular): Standard rescheduling is not permitted under normal circumstances.

• Within 21 days of the exam (with Medical Certificate): Allowed only with an official doctor's note (Attest). A €30 processing fee applies.
